Letthemusicplay6
Figured this is a long shot. Does Whole Foods or any store sell soup(s) that are whole30 approved? Or only way to have it is to home-make it from scratch? I'm really sick and haven't eaten much in 2-3 days and would like some soup, which I obviously don't feel like making. Thanks in advance
MeadowLily
Almost all of them have flour/wheat for a thickening agent or they have legumes/lentils. Have you tried Bone Broth? If you're sick, your local health food store might have some in the frozen section. It will be pricey but if you're sick...might be worth it. KayKay
I have bought fresh jarred soups at a local Whole Foods-esque store here in Canada that were completely compliant. One was a tomato soup, the other carrot. So they do exist. I hope you feel better soon!
