Libberation
Several days of the week I do pilates or yoga as my workout, but these days are usually "off-days" or recovery days and I do them on the days after I have a long shift where I am on my feet for many hours, going up and down stairs and carrying heavy things. Do I need a pre-wo/post-wo meal after Pilates? Which is, compared to other workouts, pretty light and easy? While Pilates is great for alignment and flexibility and mobility, it doesn't feel the same as when I do a barre workout or go running. Anyone else out there have thoughts on this? jmcbn
No, I wouldn't bother with either pre or postWO meals for pilates.

AuntJane
I think it would be extremely uncomfortable to try to do Pilates after eating! Maybe that is just me...
MeadowLily
I think it would be extremely uncomfortable to try to do Pilates after eating! Maybe that is just me... I swim about 1.5 hours aday and I don't want to feel too stuffed before I jump in. A landshark might have to drag me out.
