jmcbn Posted July 8, 2015 Share Posted July 8, 2015 Some people do go through this stage, so yes, it's completely normal...It sounds like you might benefit from some starchy veg - are you including at least a fist sized serving per day?You're around about the hardest point where many people fall off the wagon, but the starch in the likes of sweet potato, yam, squash, plantains, pumpkins etc should help to stablise your moods/emotions. Administrators ladyshanny Posted July 8, 2015 Administrators Share Posted July 8, 2015 It could also be that if you have a history of using food as comfort or to disguise/numb your emotions, that you are simply feeling them all much stronger now that you don't have the food to fall back on?
