juju
I have absolutely no idea but I have to say "spamfritter" may be the best screen name ever.
Robin Strathdee
Agreed with juju. Love the name. That said - ask them what the ingredients are (if there's no label). If the ingredients are compliant, then have at it. If not, well, you know what to do.

Kirsteen
I know the cooked chickens they sell in store have both sugar and dextrose added Ingredients Chicken , Salt , Stabiliser (Triphosphates) , Brown Sugar , Dextrose , Made with 115g of raw Chicken per 100g finished product . so I imagine the ones in the cafe may well be the same. I don't know for sure but this is obviously on the skin so if you just left the skin would you still be getting any sugar? anyone know?
escherichia
She's asking for me to prove that I "cheated" :-p I didn't eat the skin though! Thing is, the rotisserie chicken apparently are injected with fats, but this is all hearsay. I don't think that asda cafe are even allowed to. And... The chicken is fresh, it's not kept on a shelf for days.
escherichia
And, *I* can eat whatever *I* want. I'm following whole 30 guidelines mainly to stop eating gluten & dairy. For *me* only.
