GudrunRosa Posted August 7, 2015 Share Posted August 7, 2015 Hi ... so this morning started out great and had a nice lunch ... 30 minutes later I was vominting and have a horrible headache.. already vomited 3 times and usually I would have a sip of cola and simple carbs .... but I have no appetite and feel horrible ... are there any whole 30 meals food you would recommend ? If you can get some OTC anti-emetic meds that would be a good place to start. Then be sure to stay hydrated, and if you can opt for bland foods like mashed potato, scrambled eggs, and bone broth if you have any, or can get your hands on some.Hydration is key.Hope you're feeling better soon...
