WholeMama623
I know how it is Jo. I'm already feeling off track. I don't see a point in starting anything since I'm going on vacation in 3 weeks, but I am trying to back to strict paleo for awhile. After my vacation I'm considering doing a whole60 or more. Noelle
I know how it is, too. It's hard is how it is. I'm Whole30-except-the-sugar-in-my-home-cured-meats starting today, because non-special treats and snacks have been throwing me off.
GoJo09
I 100% need clear rules saying "No, you don't eat this". Otherwise the bargaining starts! I didn't even want chocolate on the weekend, but I bought it because I could. And then ate it. I don't know if I'll make it the full 30 days, because it's likely my mother will die within that period (which is a hideous thing to think about, so I'm ignoring it right now), but it's worth doing what I can until such time as I have to stop. I also went through last night and did the goal setting sheet, which was a good idea - I haven't done that in a bit, so good to put down on paper my intentions surrounding more than food. I even tipped out the last of the almond milk that was in the fridge (it has rice malt syrup in it) so that I would be 100% on plan, not fudging the rules at all! WholeMama623
You got this! I always feel better when I write out my plans. It's kind of cathartic to write everything out.
