Squash...too much?

Are spaghetti squash, butternut, etc considered similar to sweet potatoes in regards to good carbs?? I had spaghetti squash in my lunch as pad Thai and will have it again in my dinner as spaghetti (typically use zucchini noodles but I'm out of those). Wondering if that's too much squash in one day????....

Thoughts?

Good question. I'm feeling like crap tonight and just had pad Thai for dinner (only thing that sounded good)...I also had it for lunch. Which means in 2 days I've had 4 meals that include spaghetti squash...broccoli, carrots, cabbage were in my breakfast though. That has to count for something! Lol

Well I'm not a nutrition expert by any means, BUT it does say in the book that we should shoot for 3 meals a day with minimal snacking in between (it's ok to snack if were gonna just lay down and die starving) I would think that 4 meals in two day's is simply not enough to get your body running as effecient as possible..
