Am I eating too much?

I feel like I have been eating a lot of sweet potatoes, can I have too much of them? Can I have too much fat? 

 

I'm going on day 7 and this has been really easy for me so I feel like I'm doing something wrong.  I have been having 3 meals a day for the most part and not really snacking. a few days I have grazed more but all approved foods.

The recommended meal template is eat 3x per day, with each meal consisting of 1-2 palms of protein, 1-3 cups of vegetables, and 1-2 thumbs of fat. The standard recommendation surrounding starchy vegetables is a baseline of a fist-sized serving per day, with more potentially being added depending on workouts, mood, energy, etc.

Watch the grazing. That will hinder proper hormonal balance.

For optimal results, stick closer to creating meals that satiate you for 4-5 hours.
