jburth7 Posted January 21, 2016 Share Posted January 21, 2016 This is kind of an odd question, but is it okay to salt my fruit? I've found as I've continued to eat Whole30 for awhile now that the sweet taste of fruit has less appeal to me and the other day when I added salt to my salad at lunch, I inadvertently added a little salt to the pear I had diced over the top. It was delicious. There are times when I have a mini-meal of protein and fruit (yes, I know it should be veggies, but believe me I get all my veggies in and sometimes the convenience of a pear or an apple is what I want that day) and I'm wondering if it's okay to add a little salt to my fruit.
