art cabana jojo
day 7 here... feeling tired.. foggy... hungry... made it through the weekend without any wine... yeah! i was feeling a bit discouraged and tired so i decided to weigh myself this morning SURE that the scale would give me the motivation to continue my journey ... i haven't lost a SINGLE POUND!... a whole week and not an ounce... maybe this is why they suggest you don't weigh... because now i feel more discouraged than ever... i know in my head that it isn't about the scale... and i need to trust the process... but really NOTHING??... moral of story... put the scale away! Carlaccini
Yes this is why it's called a whole 30 and not a whole 7 Really give it 30 days. Stay OFF the scale and embrace the template. The meal template is truly where it's at.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted February 22, 2016 Moderators Share Posted February 22, 2016 That logic that says you should lose at least a tiny bit of weight every day if you are doing it right is completely wrong. You may not lose even a tiny bit of weight every week if you re doing it right. Our bodies are not machines. The concept of calories in through food and out through life and exercise is woefully incomplete.
