Weighing myself during reintroduction

I'm on day 25 of my first round, starting to think about reintroduction....

I assume that on day 31 I weigh myself but wondering what do folks typically do beyond that, continue to hop on the scale monthly? Go back to daily/weekly? Throw out the scale altogether and enjoy those NSVs???

What have you experienced W30ers done?

If you have an unhealthy relationship with the scale, it's really worth thinking about whether it adds any long term value and whether you need it in the house.

 

If you have emotional reactions to whatever the scale says (up or down), it may not be a good influence.

 

Even if you need regular weigh ins for medical issues, your doctor can monitor you without you knowing the number, if you'd rather not know.
