Lesliechapman00
The pork sirloin I normally buy is a tip roast and it says "up to 10% of a solution of pork broth, salt, an natural flavor" I'm concerned about the broth. Is it compliant?
Karen_Suep
If it contains anything other than "broth", it'd have to be disclosed so I'm pretty sure you're ok. By pretty sure I mean 99.9999999%

CaGirl
Why would you buy a hunk of meat with liquids added to it? Is this the norm and I'm just in the dark?
Karen_Suep
It's often done so the meat maintains moisture, similar to brining.

Lesliechapman00
I always buy it. Comes frozen, it's cost effective an I eat it regularly. I'm new to this whole30 so maybe my standards arnt as high? Lol

laura_juggles
Check to see if there's an allergy statement on the package. They'd have to disclose soy on an allergy listing which is the main thing I'd worry about in broth since I see that fairly often on cans of tuna that have broth in them.
