newwhole30er
I reintroduced dairy last Tuesday, and got a bad migraine the next day- worse than I've had in a while. Yesterday and today I also have a migraine. Could this still be coming from the dairy I ate a week ago?
jmcbn
How much/what dairy did you have?
praxisproject
I get a really slow impact from dairy, it's about 2 weeks for me. It seems to impact my immune system, I don't notice adding it back in, more when I take it away I feel much better. Introducing it for long periods brings headaches, sinus pain, flu, tiredness and a general feeling of unwell/sick/tired. I get it the worst from milk, cream and cheese (and products which contain milk products), don't see any noticeable effects from butter (but I also don't eat much either). Motik
I was thinking to start my reintroduction with yoghurt. Yoghurt is fermented and some of the allergens such as lactose are not present in yoghurt. If I have no negative reactions to yoghurt Has anybody found that they can tolerate yoghurt but not milk?
