Mcmbos
I am starting my whole 30 TODAY! One of our favorite seasonings called Bad Byron's Butt Rub contains microcrystalline cellulose (listed as a natural anti caking agent). I am wondering if the microcrystalline cellulose is whole 30 compliant? Thanks for the help! Meghan
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted July 18, 2016 Moderators Share Posted July 18, 2016 According to Wikipedia, it's wood pulp -- but I guess it's technically compliant.
laura_juggles
Cellulose is the fancy name of plant fiber. So if you eat a plant, you're eating cellulose
