I don't like the texture of chia seed in pudding form and was wondering if there is anything else that could replace the chia in this recipe. Would tapioca be okay? The original recipe is: 1/2 cup chia seeds 2 cups coconut milk 1 hearty dash of cinnamon (optional) Mix all together, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Thanks!!!
