constantly hot?

Random observation. I'm on day 8 and everything is going well, except two bits.

Firstly, I've noticed I keep feeling really hot. Is this a process of changing from sugar to fat burner perhaps? The second bit is just that I feel really tired but I think that is normal for this point in my w30.

Sweating is your body's way of preventing you from over heating. It can be a good, healthy thing during exercise, but it can also be caused by a hormonal imbalance (think menopausal hot flashes etc) which Whole30 will be working towards rebalancing.

Eating protein also has a thermic effect on the body. More than twice that of fat or carbohydrates, with 15-35% of the energy consumed in a steak for example being required to digest it, so as your body works to breakdown the meat, it begins to heat up - hence the term 'meat sweats'

Of course if you're concerned in anyway please seek medical advice.

And yes the tiredness is to be expected but may be attributed to a lack of fat, lack of water, and/or lack of salt.

Probably not.  Outside Whole30, a lot of low-carb/keto folk (who would be, by definition, fat burners) complain of feeling unusually cold.
