My best suggestion is to stop thinking in terms of breakfast, lunch & dinner, and to start thinking in terms of meals 1, 2 & 3 - that way the world is your oyster. Burgers work well for many, as do soups & curries.... This topic has been discussed many times on the forum. Try searching (via Google) for 'Whole30 non egg breakfasts' or 'Whole30 non traditional breakfasts' for lots of suggestions.
