dsanders97
There is an orange tea that I checked the ingredients on and still feel unsure if i can have as I don't know what some of these ingredients are, and I'm pretty sure they made them up. Administrators ladyshanny Posted January 6, 2017 Administrators Share Posted January 6, 2017 What sounds made up to you?? Cinnamon - spice Chamomile - flower Rosehips - flower Rooibos - red tea from South Africa Ginger root - root Lemon Grass - grass/herb Peppermint - plant Orange peels - fruit The natural flavours are fine on Whole30 even though you don't know exactly what they are. Typically in tea it implies that they have used an essence of one of the items that is already in the tea in order to boost the flavour.
jmcbn
This looks fine to me - which ingredient are you unsure of?
dsanders97
The rooibos, that I had to look up, and the generic "natural flavors" Thanks for the advice.
