Alliea
Anyone know where potatoes ought to fit on the reintroduction schedule? We went ahead and grouped them with non-gluten grains, but that was just a guess.
jennrider
I don't think potatoes are forbidden on W30, just not your best choice. How are you planning on eating them?
Emily
I think Alliea is doing reintroduction after her Whole30... white potatoes are strongly suggested to be out during a Whole30. I don't know the answer to your question, though, Alliea.
Alliea
Thanks for the responses, folks. I'll file this one under who the heck knows, but probably what I'm doing is fine.
Robin Strathdee
In my opinion, they're not likely to cause much reaction (except if you're really sensitive to blood sugar rises and falls), so you could throw them in on any of your clean days. Chances are you won't notice much. And they are O.U.T. on the W30 program...just for clarification...
