But maybe it's because I go crazy on sweets before starting?? I'm down 10lbs and lost 1" on both my chest and waist and 2" on my hips! NSV's, I've gone down a size, my pants are too big... I'm not snoring anymore! Lol! Really though, I think it's dairy! As soon as I had dairy after R2 I could actually feel the inflammation and the snoring came back! And not to mention the digestive upset. No dairy in my reintroductions this time! I'm learning... this is good! Tomorrow I'm going to try non- gluten grains and see how they feel.
