ktoftey
Are the bagged snappea crisps WHOLE 30 compliant? I could not find an answer to this after looking and was just curious. Sorry if this is a repeat or obvious answer I am a newbie. Thanks
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted July 11, 2017 Moderators Share Posted July 11, 2017 Aside from not knowing the ingredients, I'm going to say no because no chips of any kind are allowed and these are nothing more than a vegetable pretending to be chips (I should have said chips pretending to be a vegetable). I also think they're deep fried which would make them doubley no.

Administrators ladyshanny Posted July 11, 2017 Administrators Share Posted July 11, 2017 If these are teh Harvest Snaps brand, then absolutely no. They are english green peas (not permitted), deep fried (not permitted) in canola oil (only permitted when eating out) and coated in rice powder (not permitted) and salt. Administrators ladyshanny Posted July 12, 2017 Administrators Share Posted July 12, 2017 This was just discussed yesterday. I have merged your topic with the one from yesterday. Short answer, no, you cannot eat these during a Whole30.
