Megan Claydon Posted November 16, 2012 Share Posted November 16, 2012 Try to be patient...I find that water retention coincides with hormone fluctuation and most like there is a lot of that going on right now. Also recommend the drinking lots of water and hit up a yoga class...that does the trick for me. Link to comment

OmniscientOwlet Posted January 6, 2013 Share Posted January 6, 2013 Kombucha has a lot of great enzymes and probiotics in it to help with digestion. My first 4 days were kind of blehhh, so I finally went out to get some Kombucha today and I think it's helping My favorite is the Synergy brand's trilogy flavor. <3 Don't go crazy and drink a ton if you aren't used to it, but it might help! paleolala Posted January 7, 2013 Share Posted January 7, 2013 I found the same! Although I was also on my period which I find leaves me feeling bloated too. After about day 5 I noticed it feeling much better, despite too much fruit over the weekend. Stick with it! But maybe add a probiotic into the mix too to help things along.. Keep it up!
