blchimento
I am new to Whole 30 and just went shopping to buy ingredients for my Whole 30 journey. I bought a Cilantro Lime Salsa but now I am questioning if I can have it. The ingredients are diced tomatoes, green bell peppers, water, sea salt, onions, distilled vinegar, cilantro garlic powder, garlic and lime juice concentrate. Thanks! Administrators ladyshanny Posted October 18, 2017 Administrators Share Posted October 18, 2017 Which ingredient do you think might not be compliant? Have you read the rules? Compare the ingredients on your list to the rules in the program and see what you can find out.

blchimento
@SugarcubeOD : Thanks so much! So does that mean other concentrates are okay? I found some fruit strips that I bought (and was planning to eat sparingly. They contain apple/strawberry/raspberry juice concentrate and apple puree concentrate. I appreciate your help. Moderators ultrarunnergirl Posted October 18, 2017 Moderators Share Posted October 18, 2017 Yes, fruit juice concentrate is fine as an added ingredient. Don't drink it or straight juice as a beverage.
