NalaPlus3
My (non-whole30) family will be eating tournedos later this week. I was wondering if mine will need to be cooked in a separate pan, or if we can save dishes/stove elements ? The meat does not come from a factory farm. Normally we say to avoid cross contamination.
NalaPlus3
It's beef (tenderloin slice) with a strip of bacon around it. I'm sure the bacon has sugar, so I'm going to remove it before cooking, but does the fat that melts from the bacon have any sugar?
slc_melissa
Cook yours first, then you can use the same pan for the others after.
