Leslie M
Here’s a snap shot of the back. I think the only questionable item is the sunflower oil, which I know we use sparingly.
Administrators ladyshanny Posted January 8, 2019 Administrators Share Posted January 8, 2019 Sorry, @Leslie M - sunflower, safflower and canola are all only approved for eating out when there is no other option. Not for use at home and not in products/ingredients that you buy for home use. These look AMAZING for after your Whole30 though!
Leslie M
I was thinking they would be good more as an emergency fat for lunch on the go rather than a diet staple.
Lissa Kristine
Gaea has prepackaged olives that use olive oil instead of sunflower. I've only had the Lemon and Oregano flavor, but it's one of my favorites. The Trader Joe's Just a Handful single-serve olive packs are also compliant.
