Lauryn Posted January 12, 2013 Share Posted January 12, 2013 Hi everyone! I'm on Day 5 of my first Whole30 and I know I should be feeling like crap right now, it's in the timeline! But should I be feeling nauseous all day? It's so bad that I don't even want to think about eating but I know I'm hungry, my stomach is growling and everything! I just can't think of even 3 meals a day without getting nauseous. Am I doing something wrong? Link to comment
Moderators Tom Denham Posted January 12, 2013 Moderators Share Posted January 12, 2013 It is impossible to know if you are doing something wrong without knowing what and how much you are eating and drinking. If you are not used to eating protein and fat, you may be having problems digesting it. If so, many people find it helps to take Now Foods Super Enzymes to help with digestion for a while.
