hmb13 Posted January 7, 2022 Share Posted January 7, 2022 Day 5… feeling extremely tired. Like, sleeping 9-10 hrs a night and still feeling sluggish during the day, sometimes needing a nap. Make sure your meals match the meal template (Download it here: https://whole30.com/pdf-downloads/), drink plenty of water, and if you still feel like this in a few days, come back and list a day or two of typical meals and we can see if it looks like there's anything you might need to change.
