Emily Posted February 6, 2013 Share Posted February 6, 2013 Hi all, I'm super tired and have been for over a week. I'm not sure why. I've just started taking some Vit D (it's D3, 400iu was the only one I could find that didn't have any soy in it) and I'm really working to eat starchy veggies. Robin Strathdee Posted February 7, 2013 Share Posted February 7, 2013 This may sound strange, but sometimes if there's a bug going around at the gym or the kiddos school, they'll run low fevers for an evening but the only symptom I get is fatigue. I'm not showing any of my normal signs of getting sick, but I've wondered if I could be fighting something. I hope it goes away soon! Thanks for the ideas!
