Snacks

You really should have a goal of eating 3 times a day. If you are truly hungry between meals, then you aren't eating enough. If you just feel like a snack, that isn't a good reason to eat. Grazing all day is not a good idea because your hormones never get a chance to reset.

It may take you some time to figure out how much you need to eat at your meals. If you do get hungry, you should eat a mini meal that contains protein, veggies and fat.

You're right too, Susan! :) I was posting from my phone, so was a little condensed in my reply.

That's the reason we encourage 3 meals, but it's an ideal to shoot for, and something to keep in mind, NOT a requirement.

A lot of folks have enough of a struggle just switching to Whole30 foods without needing the extra stressor of timing, etc

Very true about the timing Renee. I sometimes forget we don't all have the luxury of time. I am lucky in that respect. I also can be so darned black and white about this plan.

I also didn't notice she was on day 27. :)
