Susan W Posted March 11, 2013 Share Posted March 11, 2013 You really should have a goal of eating 3 times a day. If you are truly hungry between meals, then you aren't eating enough. If you just feel like a snack, that isn't a good reason to eat. Grazing all day is not a good idea because your hormones never get a chance to reset. It may take you some time to figure out how much you need to eat at your meals. If you do get hungry, you should eat a mini meal that contains protein, veggies and fat. That's the reason we encourage 3 meals, but it's an ideal to shoot for, and something to keep in mind, NOT a requirement.
