Whipped coconut milk

I'm doing something wrong I'm sure.

A can of coconut milk, in the food processor with the whisk setting and blitz...for ages....nope, still like liquid. I hear about yoguurts and all sorts made but I can't seem to get there. Any chefs out there who can lend a helping hand?

My children won't drink it so trying other ways to get it into them

Glad I'm not the only one! Wondering lately...how much is *too* much?!

Hahaha. I'm totally addicted. Nom nom nom. The site recommends 1/4 to 1/2 a can per day. That said, how big a can is TBD... ;)

per MEAL, lady, per meal!!!! My heart sank for a second.

With some cinammon and nutmeg sprinkled over. Or orange zest. But you have to sprinkle and grate the rind very quickly, while "no one is looking" lasts. :D
