FischerRo
Starting tomorrow - a bit nervous but excited as well. How many eggs should one have at each meal and per day?
Castle
ISWF lays out egg per meal guidelines, the number you can hold in a hand (usually 3-5), although I'm curious about the per day - I'm currently averaging between 4 and 9 a day, which kinda feels like a lot. Susan W
You can have as many eggs per day as you choose to. The whole cholesterol and eggs thing has been de-bunked.
Susan W
Adding one more thought..it is best if you have a nice variety of proteins so you don't get bored and every protein (and veggie for that matter) has different things to offer you.

scrapstitching
I have 2 or 3 in the morning and buy good, high quality eggs (Eggland's Best). I like knowing a happy chicken did the deed for me.
