mistymisty Posted June 23, 2013 Share Posted June 23, 2013 i was just curious why some people lose a good amount of weight while others stay the same or even gain a bit? i am 13 days in and i put on a comfy pair of pants today and they were a bit snug....kinda discouraged. i already had gluten and grain out of my diet and was eating pretty much all organic. i also have a terrible addiction to sweets, mainly chocolate. i figured not having sweets and dairy would at least make a budge on my weight. i'm not doing this program for the weight loss but would love to lose the few extra pounds i have recently put on. i also plan on making this a lifestyle. thanks!!! i am also tired of being gassy and bloated after everything i eat....thought this was going to stop:( Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
