organiclover
I see that coffee is allowed, but are there any tea restrictions? Every morning I drink about two cups of Rishi Organic Jasmine Pearl Green Tea and would like to keep drinking it if it is approved. If so, what about iced tea that is unsweetened - caffeine and decaf? Are there quantity restrictions? Thanks!
JJB
You just have to read the ingredients. You'd be surprised how many teas contain soy. Other than that, drink away.
GFChris
Also, no teas with stevia leaf.

Seriously, why would you put that in tea?!
