I did not yesterday, but I just took one this morning before my workout. Seems like I should take one whenever I am digesting, but I want to be sure. My local health food store sells their own brand (also sans fillers) that's about half the price of NOW's. This might not matter for the "recreational user" but I have to take them at each meal (I'm missing a piece ;0) ) so it makes a difference in our budget.
