lovemyaddie
Hi all. I am on day 1 and hanging in there However, as a former diet coke addict, I am really looking for some other drink options. Anybody know if Paradise Iced Tea is okay? What about the flavored pellegrino. I know the pellegrino has some fruit juice in it. Thank You Brynn
GFChris
Flavored Pellegrino is not compliant, as it contains sugar.I don't know about the tea - check for any soy, sugars, sweeteners or stevia leaf, none of which are allowed on a Whole30. jent103
Have you tried non-Pellegrino sparkling water? La Croix has tons of flavors and is compliant, and Trader Joe's also has liters of sparkling water. There's no sugar in those. I used to drink Coke Zero pretty regularly, but haven't missed it since I started on the sparkling water.
SpinSpin
What helped me kick the soda habit was to mix club soda with kumbucha--about 3 oz of kumbucha topped off with club soda. The fizz and flavor really took care of it, and I also enjoy club soda with lemon or lime slices. Delaine Ross
Gerolsteiner (it's fun to say) is a great sparkling mineral water I like to have in the evening because it has magnesium. It's at Trader Joe's and some Whole Foods.
