DeannaDaniels
I know these are whole30 approved and really good for you, but how much is too much? Are they considered a vegetable and can I eat them everyday. Just wondering where they should got into the meal template. I always eat them with a meal bc I rarely snack but MAN , these things really are strangely addictive
Jinkse21
They do not count as a vegetable (you'd have to eat a ton before it would count! ). I think they are great for wrapping food. I put some tuna salad or smoked salmon with red onions, capers, alfalfa sprouts in them so they are like Japanese tacos.
GFChris
Actually, Seasnax are a vegetable, as seaweed is a vegetable. While you could technically eat Seasnax every day, Jinske21 has some good suggestions for how to use them. From a satiety perspective in meals, have them with or rotate in or with other cooked fresh vegetables.
Robin Strathdee
They are technically a vegetable, but they don't give you the same volume or fiber content as other veggies, so make sure they're a part of your plate but not the whole veggie portion.
