lkeen
Thanks to both people who got back to me! I really appreciate it! I'm only on Day 4 so I'm frazzled and needed help! Whole30 Hug!
Moderators Tom Denham Posted July 24, 2014 Moderators Share Posted July 24, 2014 Jennie-O sells 7 different turkey burgers. Several of them are Whole30-compliant, but not all of them. For example, the Savory Seasoned Turkey Burger has sugar as an ingredient. You MUST check the package of each turkey burger and not just accept that Jennie-O in general is okay. Moderators ShannonM816 Posted February 27, 2019 Moderators Share Posted February 27, 2019 @krissm79 the bottom one is fine. The canola oil in the other one is not -- you can go to this page and search for canola oil to read more about that: https://whole30.com/2013/06/the-official-can-i-have-guide-to-the-whole30/
