kphelps56
I perform in the pep band for a NFL team and I picked this month to do my whole 30 because we only have one home game...and its this weekend! Every Sunday we are fed sandwiches, chips, and cookies so I obviously need to bring something but what? I have no access to a fridge or microwave but am doing a high level of activity so need filling things to eat. Does anyone have go to recipes they use in situations like this? Thank you! Physibeth
Get a good thermal bag and pack in foods that don't need to be heated. Fresh veggies with homemade mayo dip or guac, cold salads (tuna/chicken/egg), hard boiled eggs, etc.
kirkor
I don't even reheat leftovers when I'm at home with a kitchen. And half the time don't cook pre-cooked sausages.
