MyHealthIsMyWealth
Hi there, There are many wonderful approved foods listed here http://whole30.com/whole30-approved/but I have not found any available in the U.K. Has anyone had any luck finding any of them in the U.K.? E.g the meat bars, the herbal coffee substitute etc. Thanks!
Britishgal
I am in the UK and I get most of our foods from Aldi. I don't do meat bars or coffee substitutes, we eat meat and fish and veg and fruit and olive oil and ghee and homemade mayo and fizzy water and all sorts of yummy things made from them You don't need approved foods really to do a whole30
Moderators Tom Denham Posted July 25, 2015 Moderators Share Posted July 25, 2015 The Whole30 approved things are convenience foods. You would do wonderfully well if you never ate them and instead stayed with real meat, veggies, and fat.
jmcbn
Yep, I'm in the UK and actually make a point of NOT buying anything compliant that comes in a package. Sure they're convenient, but to me they kind of go against the spirit and principles of Whole30.Just eat real food.
