HelenLA
I found some wild caught tuna in a can and bought it sure that it was W 30 compliant. these are the ingredients - tuna, water, vegetable broth, salt. should I be concerned that the vegetable broth isn't more detailed in the ingredients? or is this safe. I would like to make protein salad with it today. thanks for your help.
JulieP757
The vegetable broth may have soy in it. Does it say may contain soy on the label? I have better luck with tuna packed in olive oil, plus I discovered it tastes better.

laura_juggles
Every can of tuna I've seen that has vegetable broth in it lists fish and soy in the allergen information which would make it a no-go.
