jhmomi
I have the hard copy of that book. It is GORGEOUS. Total Paleo Food Porn! I haven't actually made anything from it though. I just drool at the pictures so far! The egg dishes look fabulous. The "Eggs Paleo" looks good - sliced tomato topped with a poached egg, avocado sauce and bacon bits (could use prosciutto). If I ever buy eggplant, the "Eggplant Hole in the Head" is something I want to try. Grilled eggplant, cut out center, sautee in pan and crack an egg in the middle. It says to top with scallions, but I am thinking just a little basil and marinara would be awesome too. Let us know what you try!

Kirsteen
I have the book on kindle but haven't cooked from it yet... What's the format like on the Kindle. It's how I buy most of my books nowadays but I've found some cookbooks don't seem to 'translate' well to it. Is it worth getting oe should I wait til I can afford a hard copy? Derval
I don't like cookbooks on the kindle at all, which is why I posted this thread looking for specific recipes - I get no pleasure from browsing on the kindle BUT MIP is pretty spendy in print and it was kindle option or nothing. I agree. I love my Kindle Fire, but cookbooks are meant to hold, browse and flip through. A friend of mine who lives in NYC takes the train to work every day and she loves browsing what to make for dinner on her Kindle. Her situation calls for that though. I have ISWF on my Kindle, but I also ordered it hard copy because I just like flipping through it.
