Bloating

No matter how on point I am with W30 template eating, I still get backed up the week before my period unless I increase my dose of magnesium. This could be simply a case of needing some extra magnesium in the days leading up to your period. . . .

If you think you're premenstrual, bloating comes with that... prior to your period, your body has to assume it's preparing for a pregnancy so it holds onto extra water for more hydration. Gotta love it... some women find their bloating is reduced when eating whole 30 but you can't expect it to go away completely.
