hmg1993 Posted March 31, 2016 Share Posted March 31, 2016 Day 49 of whole 60 and generally loving how I feel. Let down though today by overeating whole 30 compliant foods like cashews and pure no additive almond butter. Ate way more than I should due to stress. Physibeth Posted April 1, 2016 Share Posted April 1, 2016 Step two is to find non-food ways to deal with your stress. We need to change our stress responses. This is hard to do and something I'm still working on. Make a list when you are not stressed of things that make you feel calm and happy and put it in the place you normally store your stress foods as a reminder.
