CaGirl
Just sauté it up in what ever fat your using, a little onion, garlic.. eat as is or serve under something. Sprinkle a little coconut aminos on top.(similar to soy sauce)
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted May 7, 2016 Moderators Share Posted May 7, 2016 You can slice them in half top to bottom, brush with cooking fat, sprinkle with salt and roast in the oven too... or chop up into soup
Karen_Suep
Add it to a stir fry or curry. Make some "chow mein" with spaghetti squash and toss it in there too. I feel like the possibilities are endless
madness
I love making slaw with bok choy. The stems give it a nice crunch and you can still use all the leafy parts. I usually make a spicy version with a homemade sriracha-type hot sauce (no sugar) and sesame oil along with the mayo.
snolili
I usually stir fry it with meats and other vegies, sauté it with garlic, or steam it with other vegies. It's also good in soup. Enjoy!
Kairi-G
Thai Green Curry is a WONDERFUL recipe that can be done Whole30 Complient and is excellent with Bok Choi. Honestly Bok Choi is one of my favorite vegetables and there is so much you can do with it, even just a little pan searing or steaming is great! TryingOver
I also just bought some bok choy at the farmer's market and found a recipe that called for sautéing it and then drizzling it with sesame oil afterwards. It was really simple and tasty.
