1 LB OF CHICKEN DICED

mod edit to remove non compliant ingredient

2 SMALL CANS OF DICED MUSHROOMS

CAN OF WATER CHESTNUTS

CAN OF BAMBOO  SHOOTS

ALMOND SLIVERS TOASTED (250 for 8min)

2 SECTIONS GARLIC (OR TO TASTE)

1 HUNK OF GINGER GINGER (PEEL W/TEA SP)

2 TABLESPOONS OF GHEE

FISH SAUCE

AMINO TERIYAKI SAUCE

WOK OR DEEP SAUCE PAN

 

HEAT GHEEE

BROWN FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC & GINGER

ADD CHICKEN

TOSS UNTIL SEARED

SHAKE FISH SAUCE LIBERALLY 

ADD A LITTLE TERIYAKI SAUCE

TOSS UNTIL ALMOST COOKED

ADD EVEYTHING ELSE

WHEN ALL FOOD IS AT DESIRED TEMPERATURE ADD ANOTHER SHAKING OF FISH  SAUCE AND 1/4 - 1/2 BOTTLE TERIYAKI SAUCE (ALL OF THIS IS TO TASTE)

TOSS AGAIN AND SERVE WITH TOASTED ALMONDS SPRINKLED ON TOP
