Brighteyedkat71 Posted January 31, 2013 Author Share Posted January 31, 2013 I did throw out the scale when I started, but I went to donate plasma today and they do a basic checkup there, including weight.....no more high BP, AND I've lost ten pounds! This is awesome. ALSO I got myself a couple presents online, the first has arrived. The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf. Yay excitement!!!
