I have to also add this recipe from Paleo Running Momma!  I made it Sunday for the first time for my hubby and I and loved it so much that I made another batch on Monday to have this week!

This is another favorite of ours, from Nom Nom Paleo!

Some easy things that you might try to mix things up without having to spend too much time in the kitchen:

Burger toppers:   http://meljoulwan.com/2012/07/31/tuesday-10-burger-toppers/

Stuff to put on eggs:   http://meljoulwan.com/2012/06/05/tuesday-10-stuff-put-eggs/

No recipe required:    http://meljoulwan.com/2014/06/25/great-ingredients-recipe-required/

If you have time, you can make these in batches and freeze all or part for future meals:

Meatballs:  http://meljoulwan.com/2014/03/08/march-meatball-madness/

Salmon cakes:   https://meljoulwan.com/2014/11/10/oven-fried-salmon-cakes/

Chicken soup (great to have on hand in cold and flu season):   https://www.stupideasypaleo.com/2014/08/17/healing-chicken-soup-paleo-whole30/ (if you're going to freeze it, I probably wouldn't add the vegetables along with the chicken, you can always saute them and add them before serving, or thaw the broth and let it simmer with the vegetables before serving it -- I'm just not sure how mushrooms or especially noodles would do being frozen and then thawed, the carrots and onions would probably be fine).
