What's causing the cramping and indigestion?

There might be a topic for this already created but so many to look through...

I have been having cramping, digestion issues for the last week. I am on Day 20 of Whole30. I am wondering of potatoes could be the cause? I have ate red, golden and purple potatoes. Could certain colored potatoes have different effects? Also in the last week, I have ate asian meatballs - recipe can be found online; egg bake with zucchini, spinach, broccoli/carrot slaw, onion; italian chicken sausage from Trader Joe's.

Sorry no one got back to you on this.  It's possible that potatoes cause YOU cramps and digestion issues... everyone's context is different, even in keeping with the approved foods... I find I have terrible digestion problems if I eat too many potatoes. 

Are you still feeling this way?  Have you stopped eating the potatoes if you think they might have been the cause?
