Healthgrab Posted January 24, 2021 Share Posted January 24, 2021 I’ve had increased anxiety attacks over a few months now and it’s affecting my relationships and work. Unfortunately this is outside the scope of the Whole30 forum but I suggest you see a therapist - there are a lot of online options now as well so hopefully that makes it easier to find a resource. Lorna from Canada Posted February 5, 2021 Share Posted February 5, 2021 @Healthgrab You don't say where you are in the W30 program so this might not be relevant but, when I eliminate wine and sugar from my diet, I have an almost immediate reduction in anxiety. I have GAD which is frequently overwhelming but, after 3 days of no sugar, it goes away and stays away. If you're not doing a W30 right now, perhaps starting one could help. Plus therapy.
