Can I have lara bars?

If I remember correctly from the success guide, the majority of them are compliant in regards to ingredients (check each to make sure), but that with the dried fruit, they are high in sugar so should be eaten sparingly.

Just posted on this in the Athlete's forum. I ate LB's during my Lenten W30 as a pre-run meal. Worked like a champ. I wouldn't make it a regular part of your diet, but one or two a week should be good. Just watch ingredients since some have chocolate.

Lara Bars WILL erode the success of your Whole30. You can consume a variety of the flavors without technically violating the Whole30 rules, but why bother to do a Whole30 at all if you don't want to get all you can out of the time?
